✦ REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ✦Because this is being produced at non-profit costs, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be entertained.Refunds will only be accommodated for confirmed missing items and those with solid proof of lost packages.For missing item/s: Please provide solid proof that your package has missing item/s. If the missing item/s are confirmed, I can send it to you or refund you for it.For lost package/s: Please provide solid proof that your package is lost. If the lost package/s are confirmed, please understand that I can only offer up to 50% refund of the total cost.✦ ORDER & PRODUCTION PERIOD ✦After answering this form, I will email you the receipt of your order, including the shipping fee. All costs will be shouldered by the buyer. Emails will be sent out for confirmations, production, shipping, and other updates.Payment is REQUIRED by May 10, 2025, 11:59PM (GMT+8), after I've sent your final invoice. Failure to pay for your order within the given deadline will have your order automatically cancelled. Q: Will you open another batch of orders in the future?
A: No. This 2026 order period is the last batch I will ever do for parasocial.Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped/to arrive?
A: As mentioned in the terms and conditions, production may take up to 6 weeks after May 8. Shipping will begin afterwards, and it may take 4-6 weeks to arrive to your country.Q: Do you have extra bundles available? Will you have leftover sales?
A: I did order extras, but any availability will depend entirely on the pre-orders, as I will prioritize the quality of the pre-orders.
