I sincerely apologize for the shipment delays. I've reached out to my courier to inquire about the status of the packages.• Due to the large number of packages addressed to the US in the past 3 weeks, there was a slowdown in transit.
• Due to the August 29 regulation on tariffs, multiple services and logistic partners have suspended shipping lines to the US last week without warning, leading to further delays.
• Currently, my courier is doing their best to resolve the situation and expedite the shipments' arrivals.
• According to the August 29 regulation, personal gifts $100 or less are still exempted from tariffs. Because this is a non-profit project, Parasocial was declared a personal gift at $20.Again, I apologize for this delay and inconvenience! 😭🙏 I'll do my best to follow-up with my courier from time to time, but in general, US-bound packages around the world are delayed.Please let me know if you have any other concerns or if there's anything else I can do for you!

No refunds or cancellations will be entertained.Refunds will only be accommodated for confirmed missing items and those with solid proof of lost packages.For missing item/s: Please provide solid proof that your package has missing item/s. A: As mentioned in the terms and conditions, production may take up to 6 weeks after August 9. Shipping will begin afterwards, and it may take 4-6 weeks to arrive to your country.Q: Will you ever open orders for Rumor Has It?
